I have been cooking for over 30 years, during this time I have cooked in various different establishments and private residences to some high profile clients, all to a very high standard
I completed the senior chefs academy at Westminster Kingsway College . I also hold a level 3 certificate in supervising food hygiene.
I hold public and product liability insurance and have enhanced DBS clearance
I cook all styles of food, from British, classic French and Mediterranean, through to Asian and oriental cuisine
I have appeared in the first two series of the BBC2 TV show MasterChef goes large. Where I made it through to the quarter finals.
I work with a network of local suppliers and producers to ensure quality and freshness, using seasonal ingredients where possible and preparing and cooking them with care and attention, which shows in the dishes I produce.
