Mark Rigby

I have been cooking for over 25 years, during this time cooked in various different establishment’s and private residences to some high profile clients, all to a very high standard

I have been trained at Westminster Kingsway College where I completed the senior chef’s academy. I also hold a certificate in food hygiene from the Royal Society for the Promotion for Health.

I cook all styles of food, from British, classic French and Mediterranean, through to Asian and oriental cuisine

More recently I have appeared in the first two series of the BBC2 TV show MasterChef goes large. Where I made it through to the quarter finals.

I am truly passionate about using local, seasonal ingredients where possible and preparing and cooking them with care and attention, which shows in the dishes I produce.
